Our 90-day money-back guarantee
Give Pawcore an honest try. If you do not see the change you were hoping for within 90 days of your order, email us and we will refund you in full.
You do not need to return the bottle. You do not need to fill in a form. There is no return shipping to pay and no questions to answer.
How to request a refund
- Email support@pawcore.com within 90 days of your order date.
- Include your order number and a short note about what happened — it helps us improve the formula and our guidance.
- We confirm your refund by email, usually the same business day.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the money in your account.
What is covered
- Opened and partly used bottles.
- Multi-bottle bundles, refunded in full.
- Orders where the product simply was not right for your cat.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 90 days after the order date.
- Products bought from a reseller or marketplace rather than from us directly.
- Repeated refund requests on the same account, which we review case by case.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We ship a replacement immediately at no cost, and you do not need to send anything back.
Cancelling an order
Orders can be cancelled any time before they ship. Email us with your order number as soon as possible and we will catch it in the warehouse. Once a parcel has shipped, the 90-day guarantee applies instead.
Subscriptions
If you are on a recurring order, you can pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Changes made at least 48 hours before your next charge apply to that shipment.
