These terms apply to your use of pawcore.com and to every order you place with us. By using the site or buying from us, you accept them.
1. Who we are
Pawcore (“we”, “us”) sells daily supplements for cats. You can reach us at support@pawcore.com.
2. Not veterinary advice
Pawcore is a supplement, not a medicine. Nothing on this site diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents disease, and nothing here replaces advice from a licensed veterinarian. If your cat is unwell, straining to urinate, or on prescription medication, speak to your vet before starting any supplement.
3. Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you pay.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Subscriptions
If you choose a recurring order, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the interval you selected until you cancel. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time; changes made at least 48 hours before a charge apply to that shipment.
6. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and our 90-day guarantee are covered by our Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Results
Every cat is different. Customer stories and survey figures on this site describe individual experiences and are not a promise of a specific outcome for your cat.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape at scale, resell our products as your own, or copy our text, photography, or branding without written permission.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to Pawcore or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Liability
We stand behind our products, and our 90-day guarantee is the main remedy we offer. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our business changes. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, and disputes fall to the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
